Executive Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Estate Manager to serve as the operational leader for a prominent executive family in the southern Nashville area, overseeing multiple properties, complex calendars, travel, staffing, vendors, projects, and day-to-day family operations. This is not a traditional 8-to-5 role. The ideal candidate thrives in high-expectation environments and brings exceptional leadership, discretion, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and a hospitality-first mindset. This is a highly visible, high-trust position requiring professionalism, flexibility, and absolute confidentiality.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Complex executive and family calendar management
- Travel planning and logistics coordination
- Household staff leadership and vendor management
- Multi-property oversight and operations
- Event, project, and special initiative coordination
- Family support, scheduling, and communications
- High-touch service and hospitality execution
- Maintaining privacy, security, and operational excellence
Ideal Background
- 5+ years in executive estate management
- 5+ years in executive support, family office operations, luxury hospitality, and/or high-end household management
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, business owners, VIPs, UHNW individuals, or prominent families
- Strong background managing complex calendars, travel, logistics, staff, vendors, and special projects
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time, exempt position
- Based in the southern Nashville area
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and after-hours needs
- Up to 20% local travel/errands; company vehicle provided
