Legal Receptionist - Entry Level | Estate Planning Probate
Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to build a real career in law? DuPont Law Group is hiring a Legal Receptionist to join our Estate Planning Probate team. This is an entry-level role with a structured growth path - we promote from within and celebrate the advancement of every team member.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first voice clients hear - answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentation
  • Assemble estate planning document binders for client meetings
  • Attend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal team
  • Enter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracy
  • Scan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocols

Your Growth Path:
  • This Level One role is the foundation of a clear three-level career ladder within our firm. With consistent, strong performance - tracked and reviewed quarterly - you can advance to:
  • Level Two: Draft estate planning documents, obtain Notary certification, lead execution meetings, manage client workflows in Pipedrive CRM
  • Level Three: Conduct client intake and conversion, perform advanced document drafting, handle complex client matters, and collaborate directly with attorneys

Responsibilities
• Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
Qualifications
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
