The Regional Community Services Manager is responsible for helping to make our communities amazing by developing robust community services and resident events such as National Night Out, educational scholarship programs, food drives, and educational events for children in our communities. This is a regional position which supports both Hickam Communities and Island Palm Communities projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively plan, coordinate, promote and facilitate the execution of community events.
  • Incorporate lifestyle enrichment concepts and guidelines into community programs and cultivate partnerships with installation, military and community organizations.
  • Maintain community services budget.
  • Lead or assist the creation of resident communications (draft newsletters, mass emails, etc.).
  • Support the development of resident education resources (survey, safety, sustainability, environmental, etc.)
  • Support website and Facebook updates
  • Manage or support reputation management program in partnership with Marketing Manager and serve as liaison with Property Management, Maintenance and Leadership teams to resolve issues and draft appropriate review responses


Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years prior event planning, program development or community service experience required
  • Experience managing highly varied, complex and often non-recurring problems
  • Must be familiar with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing collaborative teams for larger projects or groups
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
