Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is hiring at our Union Grove, Wisconsin location!

For more than 30 years, CTOS has been a leader in specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions. With 41 locations, 2,500 employees, 8,000+ customers, and a rental fleet of over 10,000 units, we support the industries that keep North America running — electric utilities, telecom, rail, forestry, and construction.

Education & Background

  • High school auto, welding, construction, or shop programs

  • Vo-Tech or trade school training

  • Military mechanical training and experience

  • On-the-job mechanical experience

  • Personal projects, racing, farm, or hobby mechanic work

Licensing & Tools

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • CDL is a plus

  • Personal mechanic tools preferred, especially for heavy equipment or utility truck repair

  • Most shifts start between 5:00–6:00 AM
