Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective policyholders, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support clients with auto, home, life, and commercial insurance needs
  • Assist clients through the claims process, providing guidance and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems

Requirements:
  • Active New York Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
  • Prior experience in insurance customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn agency management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
