Job description

An insurance agency that has agency/brokerage relationship with multiple carriers in P&C, life/Health, etc. We specialize in personal insurance such as auto, home, life, as well as commercial insurance


Responsibilities:
Contact new prospects and make appointments with customers to consult on products and services

Provide quote to customers and explain benefit and features

Monitor the customer files and follow up with customers on renewals, billings, feedback, etc.
Review customers' policies and insurance needs and introduce products accordingly
Educate customers on product features, insurance concepts, etc.
Conduct correspondences with customers in different ways

Assist in office administration and marketing
Requirements:
Motivated professionals with people skills, attention to details and listening skills

Ready to learn everyday and eager to help customers in every possible way.
All background welcomed to apply but it would be helpful to have business, finance, accounting, insurance or law experiences
Willing to obtain auto, home, life and health insurance licenses.
