Our client, a 60+-year-old life insurance organization is looking to add an Insurance Customer Service Agent to its growing team.

Insurance Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
  • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer a wide variety of questions and assist customers throughout the application process
  • Ensure data integrity within the CRM
  • Comply with all regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy
Insurance Customer Service Agent Requirements:
  • 1+ call center environment experience
  • Active AZ life insurance license
