Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our insurance team in an entry-level customer service role. Part time and full time options available! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on more responsibility over time.

You’ll assist clients and policyholders by answering questions, managing policy changes, resolving billing concerns, and guiding potential clients through insurance options. If you bring a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a client-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and inquiries regarding insurance policies, billing, and coverage options

Educate prospective clients on coverage options and help convert quotes into new policies

Assist with policy changes, documentation, and updates accurately and efficiently

Support marketing and outreach activities and respond to leads effectively

Contribute to a positive office environment and support team success

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and active listening
