We are looking for an experienced Allstate Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning, family-owned agency. We're not just another agency. Our team is split into Customer Service and Allstate Sales, giving you the support and structure you need to thrive. We're a fast-paced, high-energy agency known for excellence, growth, and results.

MUST HAVE (non-negotiable):

Active P&C License (Life License is a plus)

Prior Insurance experience preferred 

Position Details:

Customer service, policy changes, policy reviews, payments, cross-sell opportunities
