ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Kaffenberger Family Agency, we are looking for a motivated Insurance Office Representative who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to a positive team environment. In this role, you'll assist clients with their insurance needs, answer coverage questions, support policy servicing activities, and identify opportunities to provide additional value through our products and services.
This position combines customer service and sales in a fast-paced agency setting. You'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences while helping the agency continue to grow. RESPONSIBILITIES:
