Job description

Licensed Health and Life Insurance Customer Service Representative

Packer Insurance is looking for an energetic Health and Life Insurance Customer Service Representative for our Rancho Mirage location to help build and maintain our base of happy clients.

This position is a 40 hours per week non-exempt position. We offer two weeks paid vacation, 6 annual holidays, and we allow flex time. Pay range is $35,000 - $100,000+ based on ability/experience and commissions generated.

We also offer group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

Ideal candidate needs to have prior experience in the insurance industry, superior organizational and computer skills, excellent communication skills in person, via chat, e-mail, Teams/Zoom, and on the phone. Daily activities will include helping clients find the right insurance products and working with them to update their policies when changes are needed.

A current California Health and Life insurance license is required.
