We're seeking a dependable Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You will assist customers with policy servicing and billing inquiries, and assist our producers by scheduling calls for them, all while helping maintain the high level of service our agency is known for.

  • Base salary starting at $39,000
  • First-year earning potential of $45,000-$65,000 with bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers
  • Gather detailed and accurate client information to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing
  • Support new and existing customer accounts in both Life and Property & Casualty insurance
  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound and inbound communication
  • Maximize client interactions by reviewing coverage options and bundle opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule Financial Reviews (FFRs) and Life appointments for licensed producers

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License a bonus
  • Active Life, Accident & Health License a bonus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
