Job description

Customer Service / Receptionist- Insurance
We are seeking an energetic, fast learner with excellent communication skills to join our top-ranked insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values delivering outstanding customer service.

Location: Coral Springs, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Handle basic customer service questions and assist clients with account inquiries
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including:
    • Verifying and processing payments
    • Reviewing and updating homeowner billing
    • Following up with clients via phone and email regarding delayed, past-due, or missing payments
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
  • Prior insurance or general office experience is a plus, but NOT required
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude is essential

Schedule:
