Job description

Leads the design, development, and ongoing management of client facing learning content, resources, and materials that enable external clients to effectively use company technology and products. Manages learning development efforts and supports the effective distribution of client facing resources across learning and enablement platforms. Partners with cross functional stakeholders, including the Field, internal product and technology teams, and external clients, to assess learning needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and continuously improve client learning and enablement experiences.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Instructional Design of Client Learning Solutions
  • Design and develop eLearning courses, curriculum, video tutorials, user guides, job aids, and other learning resources to support client knowledge and skill development
  • Partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders across product teams, the Field, and other internal groups to clarify learning needs, gather requirements, and recommend effective learning approaches
  • Manages learning development activities by coordinating including timelines, facilitating review and approval cycles with subject matter experts and stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and overseeing the rollout of materials to clients and internal teams
  • Regularly review learning materials for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business and client needs, and works with subject matter experts and stakeholders to resolve inaccuracies, update content, and ensure materials remain current and accessible

Client Learning Enablement & Resource Distribution
  • Supports the effective distribution of client-facing learning and enablement resources by ensuring content is organized, accessible, and appropriately aligned to client workflows and needs.
  • Contributes to the effective use of learning and enablement tools and platforms by providing input on content organization and usability, supporting adoption by internal and client audiences, and sharing feedback to improve how resources are delivered to clients
  • Reviews usage data, feedback, and trends to assess engagement, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with the Field, and internal stakeholders to recommend and implement enhancements to how learning and resources are delivered.
  • Prepares summaries and reports on learning usage, effectiveness, and adoption for the Field and management, using data to communicate insights and tell the story of impact to broader stakeholders and inform continuous improvement.

Client Learning Resource Management
  • Maintains and updates client learning resources to ensure content remains current, consistent, and accurate.
  • Ensures the online library of client-facing learning and support materials is kept up to date, well organized, and easy to navigate.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts, legal, compliance, and other partners to review and refresh materials as needed.
  • Supports quality standards and consistency across all client learning and enablement resources by reviewing materials, making necessary edits, and updating content to ensure alignment with established guidelines.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Field of study: business-related degree.
  • 3-4 years of work-related experience required.

Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations.
The projected base salary range for this position is $71,280 to $103,290 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability and 401k benefits are part of the employment offering. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans. This salary range is a good faith estimate, and not a guarantee of the ultimate salary offering.
