Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized Learning Coordinator to provide temporary coverage supporting L&D systems, program coordination, and administrative workflows. This role ensures continuity of learning operations through ticket management, reporting, scheduling, and LMS administration.
Learning Operations & Systems Support
Manage and update learning content in Learning Management System (courses, paths, classroom sessions) (360Learning)
Create and maintain scheduled course offerings, including rosters, completions, and reporting
Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support program tracking and decision-making
Troubleshoot learner, assignment, and system-related issues and coordinate resolution
Support learning assignments, enrollments, and campaign administration
Program Coordination & Administration
Provide administrative coordination across multiple L&D programs (e.g., New People Leader, leadership programs)
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to requests or route appropriately
Coordinate scheduling, calendar invites, and stakeholder communications
Track program progress, completions, and participant engagement
Ticket Support
Serve as first-line support for learning-related tickets/requests (training requests, reporting needs, system questions)
Manage tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members when needed
Documentation, Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and system updates
Ensure data accuracy across learning systems for reporting and compliance
Support evaluation reporting and tracking of learning metrics
Operational Support
Assist with process execution and continuous improvement efforts
Support vendor coordination, logistics, and administrative processes as needed
Help maintain efficient operational workflows across the LOE team
These responsibilities reflect the ongoing, tactical work required to sustain learning operations and prevent disruption to program delivery. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or L&D coordination roles
Strong organizational and task management skills with high attention to detail
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Strong communication and customer-service orientation

Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with learning management systems (e.g., 360Learning)
Familiarity with HR or Learning & Development processes
Experience supporting program coordination or operations teams
Exposure to reporting tools or survey platforms (e.g., Alchemer or similar)
Duration & Structure
Temporary assignment aligned to leave coverage (approximately 4–5 months, including transition/training period)
