What You'll Be Doing
You'll be a key partner to Operational Excellence, Project Teams, and Field Leadership, ensuring our employees have the training, tools, and support they need to excel.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and deliver hands-on and virtual training on key construction software and management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, document management platforms, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Develop and update training materials, quick guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules supporting operational workflows and OpEx initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the HB Mentor Program and the Employee Recognition & Incentive Program.
  • Facilitate workshops, small-group sessions, and one-on-one coaching to support the adoption of new processes, construction concepts, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Manage and maintain HB University (LMS): upload content, enroll users, track completion, troubleshoot access issues, generate reports, and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify training needs, prioritize programs, and support software/process rollouts.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, observations, and LMS data; prepare summary reports for OpEx leadership.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring new hires complete required software and process training.
  • Stay up to date on software updates, new features, and industry best practices and integrate them into training programs.
  • Handle administrative logistics: scheduling, communications, materials preparation, calendar coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Provide additional OpEx learning support as needed to drive the department's roadmap.

What You Need to Bring
Required
  • 2-4+ years of experience in training coordination, e-learning development, LMS administration, or software training support (construction or project-based environment preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with construction/project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and a willingness to learn emerging tools.
  • Experience administering an LMS (content uploads, user management, reporting).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills - comfortable engaging both office and field staff.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to job sites for on-site training or needs assessments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Florida travel.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Construction Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of construction concepts or operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience creating e-learning content and video editing.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish - highly valuable in supporting diverse teams.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
