What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on learning and development professional to design and deliver practical, role-specific training programs. The ideal candidate has experience building training content from scratch, translating clinical workflows and SOPs into structured learning materials, and managing LMS platforms. You’re highly organized, execution-focused, and skilled at partnering with subject matter experts to capture knowledge and turn it into scalable training. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
Training Development & Execution
  • Design, build, and implement training programs, starting with clinical onboarding and expanding to enterprise needs.
  • Translate clinical care models, workflows, and SOPs into structured training content, including LMS modules, job aids, and guides.
  • Create practical, role-specific onboarding programs that support workforce readiness and performance.
Clinical Onboarding & Role Readiness
  • Develop and maintain 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding programs for clinical roles.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations and Care Model & Quality to ensure training aligns with care delivery standards and workflows.
  • Continuously improve onboarding programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Learning Management System (LMS) Management
  • Build and manage LMS content, structure, and learning paths.
  • Upload, maintain, and update training materials and course assignments.
  • Track training completion and ensure alignment with organizational expectations.
Content Creation & Process Translation
  • Develop training materials including SOPs, workflows, job aids, and digital learning modules.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture knowledge and translate it into scalable training content.
  • Ensure content is clear, practical, and aligned to adult learning principles.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Performance, and other departments to identify training needs.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new workflows, processes, and tools through effective training.
  • Act as a bridge between clinical design and day-to-day execution.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Track onboarding effectiveness, training completion, and early performance indicators.
  • Identify gaps in training and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously refine content and programs based on data and feedback.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, clinical education, or clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated experience building training programs, onboarding materials, or learning content from scratch.
  • Experience translating workflows or operational processes into structured training materials.
  • Hands-on experience working with LMS platforms (building and maintaining content).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare, clinical operations, or care management environment.
  • Familiarity with care management programs (e.g., CCM, PCM, RPM).
  • Instructional design experience or familiarity with adult learning principles.
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting training for remote or distributed teams.
