Job description

The Learning & Development Manager oversees operational support, training, and development across multiple dental offices to ensure strong performance, excellent patient experiences, and consistency in operations. This role partners closely with Operations Managers to improve office efficiency, team engagement, patient satisfaction, and financial results.
Key responsibilities include onboarding and coaching Operations Managers, supporting office teams during staffing or operational gaps, implementing best practices, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with doctors and staff. The ideal candidate has experience in dental operations, leadership, and adult learning/training, with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of dental operations experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or adult learning preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
Additional Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p.
  • Travel required: across Maryland, Indiana, Iowa, and Ohio (reimbursement provided).
  • DMV candidates strongly preferred due to office support needs in the region.
