Job description

A Fortune 500 investment management firm is seeking a Change Management Project Manager to join its Transformation Office and support two highly visible enterprise AI initiatives. This role will focus on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, learning enablement, and execution of strategic programs designed to accelerate AI awareness and adoption across the organization.


The overall strategies, curriculum frameworks, and event plans have already been established. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing communications, and ensuring successful adoption outcomes


Key Initiatives

1) Enterprise AI Expo - Support the execution of a large-scale internal AI conference

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Driving change readiness and communication activities
  • Tracking action items and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule
  • Supporting event planning and execution efforts
  • Facilitating alignment between leadership, program teams, and event stakeholders

2) AI Learning & Adoption Program - Support the rollout of an enterprise AI learning curriculum designed to increase employee understanding and adoption of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and coordinating adult learning experiences
  • Developing workshop structures and learning journeys
  • Building training materials and supporting resources
  • Coordinating reviews and approvals with stakeholders
  • Driving communication, adoption, and engagement activities
  • Measuring and reporting on learning effectiveness and adoption outcomes


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise initiatives
  • Experience leading organizational change management programs
  • Experience developing and executing change adoption strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs
  • Candidates should have experience supporting one or more of the following: instructor-led training programs, virtual learning programs, online learning modules, enterprise training rollouts, facilitated workshops, and or learning journey design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, asset management, banking, or other regulated industries
  • Learning & Development certifications
  • Experience creating role-based learning pathways
  • Experience developing modular learning content, including: workshops, job aids, facilitator guides, and or video-based learning content
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness, adoption, and engagement metrics
  • Strong facilitation and workshop moderation skills
  • Experience with AI literacy
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating learning program design and execution
