Your Opportunity

BDO is transforming how learning happens and we're looking for a Learning Experience Designerfor a 12 month replacement opportunity who can help bring that vision to life.

This role goes beyond traditional instructional design. It's about designing experiencesthat inspire curiosity, build capability, and drive measurable impact.

You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking Learning & Development team dedicated to creating learning that people wantto engage with. You'll blend creativity, technology, and evidence-based learning to craft experiences that connect people, performance, and purpose.

  • Design and delivermulti-modal learning experiences - including digital learning, instructor-led, virtual, and - that align with business outcomes and learner needs.
  • Leverage AI and emerging toolsto accelerate design, improve quality, and enable innovation.
  • Integrate multimedia elements(video, motion, interaction, storytelling) to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Apply design thinking and adult learning principlesto create experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and user-centered.
  • Collaborate closelywith subject matter experts, facilitators, and business stakeholders to co-create learning solutions.
  • Evaluate effectivenessusing metrics that matter - clarity, confidence, behavior change, and business results.
  • Stay currentwith trends in learning science, design technology, and AI to continuously evolve our approach.

  • 3-7 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or related creative learning fields.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, tech-enabled, and high-quality learning experiences.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, and AI-based design platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered experiences.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and pushing creative boundaries.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 to $112,000 annually
