You'll join the Global Sales Learning & Development team, a collaborative group focused on elevating Sales capability worldwide. This role partners closely with Geo Sales L&D, Global Sales Leadership, Business Human Resources (HR), and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, driving alignment and consistency across markets.

We're looking for a senior learning professional who leads with credibility and delivers with precision. This person thrives in complexity and brings deep expertise in corporate learning, instructional design, and global program execution. They think strategically but act decisively-building learner-first experiences that move the business forward.
They communicate with clarity across diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Strong cultural awareness, sharp facilitation skills, and a data-driven mindset are essential. This individual is energized by solving problems, aligning cross-functional teams, and raising the bar for learning experiences at scale.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, or instructional design
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources (HR), or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (Workday and Articulate preferred)
  • Proven ability to facilitate both virtual and in-person learning experiences
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll help bring the Global Sales L&D strategy to life. You'll design, build, and deliver learning that meets Sales teams where they are-and pushes them forward. Every day, you'll connect strategy to execution and insights to impact.
  • Partner with Global and Geo Sales L&D teams to drive aligned execution of the Global Sales L&D strategy
  • Own key work streams, including measurement dashboards, Workday LMS management, and global program deployment
  • Design and build learner-focused curriculum across virtual, digital, and in-person formats, including onboarding experiences
  • Contribute to Geo-specific programs as part of cross-functional project teams spanning Sales, HR, and GTM
  • Assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness using data and insights to shape future strategy
  • Facilitate sessions and equip facilitators to deliver high-quality, consistent learning experiences worldwide
  • Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted development solutions
