What you'll do:
  • Define and execute a global Sales Learning & Development strategy that drives revenue growth, productivity, leadership effectiveness, and retention
  • Improve commercial performance by identifying capability gaps and performance, and implementing targeted development strategies
  • Build and scale a best-in-class learning ecosystem for Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and emerging talent
  • Lead sales onboarding, methodology, product enablement, and role-specific development programs that strengthen talent capability across all levels
  • Drive global, enterprise-wide capability and behavior change initiatives that accelerate sales performance
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align development with business priorities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Talent Success and People teams, aligning sales development with broader leadership, talent, and organizational effectiveness strategies
  • Establish measurable learning outcomes and performance metrics that connect learning investments to productivity, win rates, pipeline growth, retention, and customer outcomes
  • Strengthen a culture of accountability and continuous development through scalable coaching and enablement practices that increase leader ownership and drive team performance
  • Champion modern learning practices, leveraging AI, technology, and data-driven insights to personalize development and maximize impact
  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales Learning & Development team focused on innovation, operational excellence and delivering ambitious business outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on Sales talent readiness, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness

What you'll bring:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Revenue Excellence, or related leadership roles, including experience leading leaders
  • Proven success building and scaling learning strategies within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organizations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across senior leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into measurable capability-building programs that improve commercial performance
  • Expertise in sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, adult learning principles, leadership development, and change management
  • Exceptional analytical and operational rigor with a track record of using data to drive decisions and demonstrate business impact
  • Experience leading global, distributed teams and building inclusive, high-accountability cultures
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
