Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We're always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst to support the effectiveness, insights, and operational execution of our global Learning & Development programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Development, this role supports the L&D function by combining data-driven learning insights with hands-on program and operational support.

This role will analyze learning data, identify skill development opportunities, and generate insights that help improve workforce capability and learning effectiveness. At the same time, this role helps ensure L&D programs run smoothly by supporting learning systems, communications, and program coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between analytics, systems, and operations; helping translate learning data into actionable insights while supporting the day-to-day execution of learning initiatives.

For in-person learning events, this role provides hands-on support to ensure the experiences run smoothly from start to finish. This includes logistical and operational tasks such as setting up training rooms, managing materials and technology, coordinating schedules, and assisting facilitators and participants throughout the event. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to troubleshoot in real time to create a seamless and engaging learning experience for CrowdStrikers

This is an internal-facing role to enable leadership skills for CrowdStrikers at all levels. Must be willing to travel 25% of time to support in-person program delivery

What You'll Do:

L&D Operations & Program Coordination

  • Provide operational coordination for the successful execution of virtual live instructor led programs delivered via Zoom as well as in-person live instruction deliveries.

  • Manage internal L&D communications, including monitoring and responding to the L&D team inbox and learner inquiries.

  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communications for virtual and in-person learning programs.

  • Support program owners with communications, enrollments, and follow-ups.

Learning Systems Management

  • Support administration and reporting for learning platforms such as Docebo LMS and Skillsoft Percipio.

  • Track learner activity, completions, engagement metrics, and program adoption.

  • Maintain accurate learning data and reporting processes.

Learning Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze learning program data including engagement, completion rates, learner feedback, and adoption metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Identify trends across learning systems, workforce data, and surveys to generate insights that inform learning strategy and improvements.

  • Triangulate multiple data sources to connect learning participation, skills development, and job performance outcomes.

  • Produce program insights, evaluation reports, and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Skills & Capability Insights

  • Support skills identification, mapping, and gap analysis across roles and functions.

  • Analyze how learning initiatives contribute to skills development and readiness.

  • Help connect learning outcomes to on-the-job performance and business impact.

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Generate reports using Excel, Tableau, and LMS analytics tools.

  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), learning performance summaries, and leadership reports.

  • Conduct program post-mortem analyses to identify successes and opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR analytics, training operations, or a related function.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Service-oriented mindset; comfortable dealing with ambiguity, team-player and results obsessed.

  • Experience with Docebo LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, or similar enterprise learning platforms.

  • Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools.

  • Experience using Articulate360 to build online learning courses.

  • Experience facilitating and leading instructor-led classes and workshops in both a virtual and in-person learning environment.

  • Familiarity with skills mapping, workforce capability frameworks, or skills-based talent development.

  • Experience using AI tools to analyze data and identify trends or insights.

  • Knowledge of learning evaluation models such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick.
