  • Establish post-training feedback channels to gather participant insights, actively translating learner input into actionable updates to refine and elevate learning programs.

Facilitation and Learning Deliveryย

  • Facilitate energetic, interactive virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops across employee levels and different departments.ย
  • Conduct thorough learning needs assessments and gap analyses to align L&D initiatives with company objectives, directly translating identified gaps into actionable learning solutions.
  • Manage and execute talent programs, including ongoing employee growth and leadership development.

Stakeholder and People Team Support

  • Work cross-functionally to support the success of talent development programs.ย

  • Experience creating eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Rise.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Working knowledge of LMS administration (experience with Docebo and Confluence is a major plus) and multimedia editing software (e.g., Canva).ย
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflows, draft content, and build visual assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills.
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members.
  • Ability to leverage existing tools and materials creatively to build high-impact, scalable solutions within lean environments.
