We are hiring anexperienced Chick-fil-A Kitchen Director (BOH Director)to leadBack of House (BOH) operations, drivefood safety, food quality, and speed of service, and buildstrong, repeatable operational systems.

This role is for asenior BOH leaderwithChick-fil-A or QSR leadership experiencewho knows how tobuild teams, execute systems, and sustain high standardswithout constant oversight.

Kitchen Director / BOH Director Role Summary

TheKitchen Director / BOH Directoris responsible forall BOH operations, includingfood production, food safety, quality control, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and training systems. This role leads kitchen leadership, oversees daily execution, and ensures Chick-fil-A systems are consistently followed.

Schedule:Full-time (40-50 hours per week, on-site)
