Lead one of New England's busiest Chick-fil-A kitchens at Patriot Place!

We're looking for a driven, people-first Kitchen Director to oversee all back-of-house operations, deliver consistently excellent food, and develop a high-performing kitchen team. This is a senior leadership role focused onfood safety, quality, speed, and team developmentin one of the busiest Chick-fil-A restaurants in New England.

What You'll Do (Back-of-House Leadership)

  • Recruit, train, and develop back of house team members and leaders; build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Maximize throughput and capacity while minimizing food and labor waste (LEAN kitchen model)
  • Oversee prep production, inventory management, and truck orders to control costs and reduce waste
  • Partner with the Catering Coordinator to ensure efficient execution of large catering orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment through daily brand checklists and deep-cleaning systems
  • Support food safety audits, equipment checks, and Chick-fil-A standards compliance
  • Lead structured kitchen leadership meetings and coach team leaders through one-on-ones
  • Track and analyze kitchen KPIs (food cost, waste, hold times, speed of service, CEM scores) and implement action plans for improvement
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience with Chick-fil-A
  • Proven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Servant leadership mindset with the ability to coach and inspire others
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days
  • Travel to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta may be required for training
Preferred
  • 5+ years Chick-fil-A experience preffered
  • Background managing high volume Chick-fil-A kitchen
