Job description

The Wholesale Sales Manager owns the Independent channel, select regional grocery,
and club accounts, managing broker networks and sales platforms to reach revenue targets. This role leads channel-specific promotions, pipeline outreach, trade/shopper execution, and small account management while supporting key account maintenance for sales leadership.
  • Account Management & Outreach: Lead sales via broker engagement and direct buyer connections for assigned accounts (BJ's, Independents, regional grocery). Manage B2B platforms including Faire and the wholesale site.
  • Promo Management & Execution: Serve as the primary in season manager for the entire wholesale promotional planning process including campaign execution, trade/shopper marketing programs, and promotion performance tracking. Coordinate promotional calendar details with E-Commerce, Marketing, and Sales Admin.
  • Broker Liaison: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for brokers, providing samples, sales collateral, product updates, and managing monthly commission tracking/approvals. Evaluate existing broker network against KPIs for Independent and Grocery channels. 
  • Key Account Support Execution: Assist the VP and Sr. Director with major account maintenance (preparing pitch decks, building setup sheets, pulling analytics, tracking promo performance).
  • Performance Tracking: Track account performance against sales budgets, execute regular KPI reporting, and provide inputs to Finance and Sales Ops.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or broker management, preferably within a CPG or mission-driven brand.
  • Direct experience working with B2B platforms (Faire) and wholesale order management platforms (NetSuite, Shopify). 
  • Demonstrated success in executing trade promotions, managing independent retail networks, and presenting sales programs.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, presentation tools (Canva, Powerpoint), CRM platforms (Monday.com), and data analysis software (Excel, NetSuite).
