Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead a large, complex global client account within Global Occupier Services (GOS). This senior leadership role is responsible for overall account strategy, client satisfaction, service delivery excellence, and financial performance, while driving growth and innovation across the enterprise.

Job Description

Role Overview

  • Serve as senior executive relationship manager for a large, global client account
  • Define and execute the overall account vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned to client business objectives
  • Lead multidisciplinary account teams across Integrated Facility Management, Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, and Workplace Strategy
  • Drive client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement across all service lines
  • Maintain full P&L ownership, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and EBITDA targets
  • Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion, increased share of wallet, and contract renewals
  • Lead executive-level business reviews, governance meetings, and growth discussions
  • Ensure disciplined contract management, proactive risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, Operations) to deliver best-in-class outcomes

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing account leadership team
  • Foster a client-first culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Partner with HR on talent planning, succession planning, performance management, and DE&I initiatives
  • Promote strong collaboration across Cushman & Wakefield service lines and global regions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global occupier services, outsourcing, or commercial real estate
  • Proven success leading large, complex, global client accounts
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management expertise
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading leaders within a matrixed organization

Work Environment

This role operates within a professional office environment and requires close collaboration with global teams and senior client stakeholders. Travel may be required based on client and account needs.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
