Job description

As our VP, Account Management you will...

Step in as both a team & business Leader and a trusted strategic advisor. You are a visionary relationship builder who thrives on steering high-impact healthcare accounts, guiding passionate cross-functional teams, and serving as the trusted advisor C-suite executives rely on. In this role, you'll own a $5-7M book of business, driving integrated campaigns across both HCP and DTC audiences, inspiring agency talent, and shaping short- and long-term brand strategy. If you bring a growth mindset, deep pharmaceutical marketing expertise, and a knack for making complex commercialization initiatives look seamless, we'd love to talk!

What You'll Do
  • Lead as a Strategic Advisor: Act as the primary advocate and trusted expert for our pharma and biotech clients, partnering directly with executive and C-suite leadership to align marketing initiatives with core business goals.
  • Drive Account Growth & Revenue: Direct a $5-7M book of business (a single large account or multiple key accounts), consistently delivering on revenue forecasts and uncovering innovative, incremental growth opportunities.
  • Orchestrate Omni-Channel HCP & DTC Campaigns: Oversee complex marketing programs, digital experiences, paid media, and multi-channel strategy spanning both Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.
  • Guide & Mentor Teams: Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional agency teams. You'll delegate effectively, foster a positive, collaborative culture, and actively mentor team members to help them level up their careers.
  • Set the Long-Term Vision: Bring a strategic growth mindset to every account, establishing dynamic short- and long-term roadmaps that keep our client brands standard-setting in their category.
What You'll Bring
  • 8-10+ years of agency account management experience with deep specialization in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proven track record leading comprehensive, integrated campaigns targeting both Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Patients/Consumers (DTC).
  • Demonstrated success managing mid-to-large-sized agency accounts ($5M+) and leading cross-functional teams.
  • A history of building authentic, high-trust relationships with executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Reliable track record of hitting and exceeding revenue forecasts while identifying new avenues for account expansion.
  • Strong team management skills with a genuine passion for cultivating talent and maintaining a positive culture.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in the Central Nervous System (CNS) drug space (neurology, psychiatry, or neurodegenerative conditions).
