Job description

Junior Account Executives are responsible for project execution and day-to-day account activities as a part of a collaborative, multi-function team.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and executing content marketing projects, including:
  • Developing tactical governance and requirement documentation.
  • Content development and editing for various mediums including web, social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Prepare content for digital execution, including editing content for SEO; photography selection and preparation; placement selection; title and META tags; and coordinating upload with the web developers.
  • Collaboration with peers in advertising, web development, marketing automation, community management and event marketing for project execution
  • Develop proactive media relations pitches, secure placements and maintain reporter relationships over time.
  • Learn the client markets, products, audience and how to apply knowledge to creative content aligned to audience and channel.
  • Understand and follow project processes with the ability to execute projects with little oversight.
  • Collaborate with account senior leaders and the analysts to develop and deliver performance reports that provide actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular proactive updates to supervisors and project managers on projects and responsibilities.
  • Participate in agency staff and group meetings.
  • Track/enter time with precision on a daily basis.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year agency or corporate communications experience required, inclusive of internship
  • Experience working in the ag industry is required.
  • A strong understanding of and experience with digital channels, AI (and other technology) and content marketing are required
  • A willingness to be proactive and work effectively in an exciting and fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to problem-solving; providing practical solutions that achieve results.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with clients, vendors and co-workers.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player with a commitment and dedication to the agency's success
