SALES MANAGER – STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS

Job Summary:

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking aSales Manager – Strategic Accounts to lead the development, sales, andprofitable growth of its electrical and private-label product portfolio. Therole will own complex corporate customer relationships, identify marketopportunities, and execute strategic account growth plans in partnership withProduct Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Thesuccessful candidate will combine executive-level relationship management, technical-commercialjudgment, and disciplined sales execution to expand existing business anddevelop new opportunities. This position follows a hybrid schedule of threedays onsite and two days remote and requires residence within a reasonablecommuting distance of the Raleigh/Garner area. Relocation assistance is notavailable.

Education:

Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalentrelevant work experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum10 years of progressive B2B sales experience; electrical products salesexperience is preferred.
  • Provensuccess managing complex, multi-location strategic corporate accounts,including relationships with centralized procurement teams and senior executivestakeholders. Experience must extend beyond transactional sales orrelationships limited to individual branches, contractors, warehouses, orcustomer sites.
