  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources Management and a minimum of two (2) years of exposure in recruiting process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a regular basis in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook with emphasis on calendar management, Excel, Power point and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Understanding of the nature of confidentiality.
  • Experience in:
    • Managing recruitment process, identifying the right profile, coordinating interviews and support recruitment strategies.
    • Phone Screenings.

  • Support the recruitment process define the right profile, coordinates resources interview and agrees on the recruitment strategy.
  • Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around budget, process, and timeline.
  • Identifying and developing sources of qualified candidates.
  • Screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates to the Recruiters Specialist and/or Vendor Neutral Platforms.
  • Perform potential resources reference check.
  • Developing employment marketing material. Writing effective job posting and job ads.
  • Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.
  • Attending periodic job fairs and networking events.
  • Extend offers and be responsible for the hiring process to the selected candidates on vendor neutral platforms in which the Jr. Recruiter was assigned.
  • Ensure active resources retention and satisfaction.
  • Effectively perform several administrative activities such; schedule meeting, attending phone calls, organizing files, others as needed by the business.
  • Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expanding FITS service offerings.
  • Organize, streamline, and support issues to ensure the success on the platform.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes, with an eye toward improving customer experience and performance improvement.
