What is the function and impact of this role?

This is a critical role, central to our growth strategy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties involving all aspects of candidate management, sourcing, and screening (interviewing).

A successful Talent Associate will be able to see what needs to be done and get it done! This very influential position will demand huge attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of how to fill your day when not ‘told what to do’ while looking to grow your skill set.

Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Post job opportunities in applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, social media, colleges, and technology-specific networking groups, ensuring OFCCP compliance
  • Managing the voluminous amounts of candidates through our various platforms
  • Ensuring a tremendous and high-touch experience for our candidates
  • Sourcing candidates from various platforms
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and recommend placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions from both internal and external sources
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Director on the recruiting process and pending needs.
  • Source and recruit potential candidates utilizing online recruitment tools and job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals
  • Follow compliance with employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP
  • Identify and build networking relationships and a pipeline of candidates
  • Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates must be eager to own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to final offers
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience using a web-based applicant tracking system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Results-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
