Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR. The Recruiting Consultant will work in a fast-paced staffing and employment agency environment, supporting sourcing, interviewing, placement, onboarding, and ongoing candidate care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients fill important roles while providing candidates with professional guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and place candidates for current and anticipated openings using job postings, social recruiting, resume databases, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, create sourcing plans, manage job postings, and support order fulfillment activity.
- Provide professional customer service to clients, candidates, and associates through follow-up calls, reference checks, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
- Assist with orientation and onboarding for new associates, including communication of client requirements, assignment expectations, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate submissions, activity documentation, and client support updates in internal systems.
- Support branch performance goals by meeting weekly and monthly activity expectations and contributing to gross profit growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $35,000 to $40,000 per year.
- Structured commission plan with strong earning potential based on performance.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Hybrid position based in Guaynabo, PR.
