Job Summary:
TabaPay is a leading company in the digital payments sector, assisting Fintechs with instant money transfers. They are seeking a Senior IT Associate to manage end-user support operations and enhance IT services within the organization, ensuring a reliable and secure computing environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and prioritize daily help desk operations for a 150-person organization
โ€ข Establish and maintain SLAs, ticketing workflows, and escalation paths
โ€ข Drive continuous improvement in user satisfaction and service efficiency
โ€ข Develop and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
โ€ข Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, networking, and identity issues
โ€ข Troubleshoot macOS environments and business applications
โ€ข Support onboarding/offboarding processes and lifecycle management
โ€ข Handle escalations from internal stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
โ€ข Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including group policies, conditional access, SSO, and identity governance
โ€ข Manage devices via Jamf Pro (macOS fleet)
โ€ข Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance and policy enforcement
โ€ข Maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
โ€ข Enforce endpoint security standards and compliance policies
โ€ข Partner with IT leadership on access controls and least-privilege enforcement

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of IT support experience, including Tier 2/3 responsibilities
โ€ข Strong macOS troubleshooting expertise
โ€ข Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Confluence / Jira
โ€ข Experience managing IT operations in a small-to-mid-sized company (100โ€“300 employees)
โ€ข Identity & access management
โ€ข MDM/MAM policy design and enforcement
โ€ข Email security & collaboration tools
โ€ข SaaS application administration
โ€ข Basic networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
