Job description

Now Hiring: Chick-fil-A Team Member

(A.K.A. the Sauce Boss, Drive-Thru Dynamo, and Chicken Sandwich Hero)

Is your superpower handing out waffle fries with a heroic smile to total strangers?

Do you wonder how people live in a world without knowing CFA sauce is basically liquid gold—and why no one’s rescued them yet?

Have you always dreamed of saying “My pleasure” professionally?

Well, friend — you're in luck.

We’re hiring front counter Team Members at Chick-fil-A Huntington Beach, and we want people who are ready to bring the fun, the energy, and the chicken.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve up crave-worthy food with a side of good vibes
  • Master the art of multitasking (yes, you can pour lemonade and greet guests at the same time)
  • Become fluent in Chick-fil-A-ese: \My pleasure\, “Closed Sundays”, and “Yes, we still don’t serve burgers”
  • Be part of a team that laughs, learns, and maybe starts a TikTok dance or two on break break

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

What You Bring:

  • A positive attitude and maybe a borderline unhealthy love of Chick-fil-A sauce
  • A willingness to work hard and have fun doing it
  • A heart for hospitality — because we’re not just slinging nuggets, we’re making someone’s day

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Perks Include:

  • Free food (yes, really)
  • Flexible hours for school, life, or your side hustle
  • Sundays off (go to brunch or just sleep in)
  • Leadership opportunities and career growth if you're into that sort of thing

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Whether you're looking for your first job, your next step, or just want to work somewhere with good vibes and better chicken — we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and let’s make fast food history (or at least have fun trying).
