Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) has proudly supported children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families for over a decade. We provide
in-home and in-school ABA therapy that helps children build
communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.

Role Overview
As a
Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you'll provide
1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings. Guided by a BCBA, you'll support progress in communication, behavior management, and daily living skills while documenting measurable improvements.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
- Build rapport and engage students in structured, goal-focused activities
- Implement ABA strategies (prompting, modeling, reinforcement, redirection, DTT)
- Collect accurate session data and maintain progress notes
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and coworkers
- Follow professional feedback and guidance from your BCBA supervisor
Qualifications
- Education in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred: Active RBT certification (not required - training provided)
- Experience working with children (autism/developmental needs preferred)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Compassionate and adaptable under different situations
