We deliver direct, in-home and in-community services, helping children build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence through evidence-based ABA principles.

Role Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with the student in their home, implementing an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA. Your work will directly support the student’s growth in communication, focus, and positive behavior skills.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and find creative ways to help the student express needs, wants, and feelings

  • Implement ABA strategies, including discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, redirection, and reinforcement

  • Track and document progress after each session

  • Follow clinical direction from BCBA supervisors

  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and colleagues


Qualifications

  • Education in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology

  • Preferred: Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Strong communication skills and reliability

  • Experience working with children, preferably those with Autism or developmental challenges

  • Ability to document progress notes accurately

  • Creative and structured play skills
