As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client partnerships while leading high-performing teams and driving meaningful business outcomes.

As the Technical Manager, you will serve as the senior technology leader supporting facility services for a high-profile client with a diverse portfolio of real estate and building typesincluding broadcast studios, Class A high-rise offices, and customer-facing environments. You'll oversee the implementation, optimization, and long-term performance of critical technology platforms while partnering closely with operations, client leadership, and corporate technology teams.

You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage for both ISS and our client.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations
  • Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of:
  • ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
  • Zan Compute
  • Power BI
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership
  • Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BI
  • Support field operations with innovative digital workflows and automation
  • Align technology initiatives with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives
  • Establish governance, documentation, support models, and best practices
  • Identify technology risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account

The annual salary range for this position is $114000.00 - $139000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
