Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a plumber with extensive experience in commercial facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing services and leading small to large projects within commercial business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Perform maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

•          Knowledge of operating tools such as different sewer machines, sewer cameras, and propress machine, med-gas certification a plus.

•           Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.

•          Collaborate with other team members and facility staff to coordinate work schedules and ensure minimal disruption to facility operations.

•          Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest quality.

•          Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the sensitive environments of commercial facilities.

Qualifications:

•          2+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber, within commercial facilities.

•          Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small to large projects independently.

•          Experience with steam systems, boilers, and minor re-piping a plus.

•          Med gas certification is a plus.

•          Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•          Strong communication and teamwork skills.

•          Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

•          Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
