Job Summary:
World Investment Advisors is a nationally recognized financial services firm dedicated to providing independent retirement plan and investment advisory services. They are seeking an Information Technology Associate to assist the IT Department with technical services for employees and advisors, while ensuring compliance and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
Responsibilities:
• Will be part of the current WIA Information Technology team and will work closely with other team members with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Will provide first tier support to the WIA network via email or phone by helping users with issues by researching problems, troubleshooting, and reaching out to tech support entities/vendors when necessary.
• Will assist as system administrator and user set-up within the different platforms used at WIA. Some of those systems include but not limited to:
• Salesforce
• Microsoft 365
• Email support is a substantial part of this position.
• HubSpot
• Conga
• Fast Forms
• NetDocuments
• NetSuite
• Will assist with ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems and will notify users of outages or issues
• Assist with data imports into our Salesforce platform and help with data cleanup
• Be part of general Technology Department administration, meetings, and projects
• Positive Mental Attitude. Able to remain kind and gracious, even under extreme pressure.
• Highly motivated and results driven individual, a self-starter.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong aptitude for working collaboratively in a team environment while working in a fully remote capacity.
