Role Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our People team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator. This role is designed as a strong entry point into a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, offering hands-on experience supporting day-to-day recruiting operations alongside core HR coordination work.
You'll play a key role in keeping hiring processes running smoothly while also supporting foundational HR activities that contribute to an efficient and positive employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Coordination (~65-70%)

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, timely experience
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy
  • Post and manage job listings across recruiting platforms
  • Assist with interview preparation, materials, and feedback tracking
  • Support recruitment events and early talent outreach
  • Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting metrics
HR Coordination & Operations (~30-35%)
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics (scheduling, documentation, coordination)
  • Assist with employee data entry and maintaining HR systems and records
  • Help coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves
  • Support compliance-related documentation and tracking
  • Assist with internal HR communications and administrative tasks
  • Provide general operational support to the People/HR team as needed
