Marcus Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Corporate Human Resources team. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting recruitment and HR initiatives through a variety of administrative, project-based, and talent acquisition activities. You'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience, making a meaningful impact on our culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This position requires availability to work part-time during the Fall 2026 semester and from our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, providing a well-rounded educational and professional development experience.

What you will be doing:
  • Provide ongoing support for talent acquisition systems, processes, and recruiting best practices.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and HR projects, including research, data collection, process improvement initiatives, and special assignments.
  • Support candidate sourcing, screening, and offer creation activities within the applicant tracking system (Taleo) under the guidance of TA team members.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records through drive management, file setup, audit, document management, and data integrity reviews.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to help ensure a positive and efficient new hire experience.
  • Help monitor the Marcus Careers inbox and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with divisional and corporate HR team members to support recruiting initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Participate in career fairs, community outreach events, and employer branding activities as needed to support talent attraction efforts.
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support for ongoing talent acquisition programs and projects.
  • Support, organize, lead and participate in cohort activities for corporate interns.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • General knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint highly preferred.

  • Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the demands of the organization.
  • Ability to be on site in our Milwaukee office, part time during the school year (if still enrolled).
