About the Role:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the human capital strategy within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and performance management to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace. The role requires partnering closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with business objectives and promotes employee engagement. The HR Generalist will lead initiatives that enhance workforce planning, employee development, and retention strategies, contributing directly to the company’s operational success. Ultimately, this position serves as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters, driving continuous improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execute recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent aligned with manufacturing operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management programs, including evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
  • Participate and provide suggestions on employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change management efforts to enhance workforce morale and productivity.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and professional development topics to support employee growth and awareness.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
