Looking for an internship where you feel inspired to be creative, challenged to enhance your skillset, and empowered to succeed?

Start building your professional presence with an internship at Johnson Financial Group through gaining hands-on experience, networking amongst your team, and amplifying your learning experience in different areas of an organization.

Johnson Financial Group is Wisconsin’s largest privately held, family-owned full service financial services institution, headquartered in Racine with locations across the state of Wisconsin. At JFG we lead with Compassion and are Consistent in our approach to serving our Customers and Communities (the core Values of JFG.)

During our 10-week rotational internship, you will work closely with our teams to gain an all-encompassing, visual and conceptual understanding of the work in a particular line of business. Throughout each rotation you undergo, you’ll develop the necessary knowledge and practical skills that will prepare you for entry-level opportunities after graduation.

Our goal at JFG is to provide you with immersive, yet intriguing learning experience that not only furthers your understanding of financial services but also helps you discover where your interests, strengths, and priorities for a future career align within the different departments of an organization.

Our program also allows interns to experience the history of JFG and its surrounding communities. Our roles are based in-person, in Wisconsin (no remote roles are offered.)

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet with our Executive Team during orientation and network with them throughout the summer.
  • Attend a community volunteer event at the Hunger Task Force.
  • Participate in the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge - a hands-on collaboration encompassing the true power of a team!
  • Showcase your unique skillset in our Intern End-of-Year Presentation
