About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, talent management, performance processes, and HR projects. The HR Talent Specialist will support day-to-day HR activities, help coordinate key people processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the employee and candidate experience.
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for talent management activities, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, applicant interviews, and onboarding preparation.
  • Assist with performance management processes by helping track timelines, organize materials, and support employee evaluation activities.
  • Compile and organize HR data and reports to support talent-related insights and decision-making.
  • Assist with HR projects and process improvements by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and supporting follow-up activities.

The Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant internship and/or employment experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

Optional But Impressive
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and confidentiality requirements preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
