Contracts Administrator
Austin, TX (Hybrid)
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Austin, TX to identify a Contracts Administrator who will play a critical role in managing customer contracts, supporting compliance initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership while helping reduce business risk and ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and administer customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and related agreements.
  • Identify key commercial, operational, insurance, and compliance requirements within contracts.
  • Coordinate internal contract review and approval processes across multiple departments.
  • Track contract obligations, milestones, deliverables, and renewal deadlines.
  • Support project bonding, certificates of insurance, claims, licensing, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and communicate contractual requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to improve contract management processes and minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have:
  • 3+ years of contract administration experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience reviewing and administering commercial construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project-related documentation.
  • Strong understanding of contractual terms including indemnification, insurance requirements, payment terms, warranties, liquidated damages, limitations of liability, and subcontract flow-down provisions.
  • Experience supporting project bonding, certificates of insurance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including execution, amendments, renewals, compliance tracking, and closeout.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Legal teams.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with commercial playground, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related project-based industries.
  • Experience with contract management systems and document control platforms.
