Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services, LLC. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative Trainee to join our team.

Industry experience is not required! We’ll teach you what you need to know. Our dedication to sustainability and creating a better world for tomorrow today drives our success.

Pay:

  • $20/hr. base pay
  • Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve establish monthly sales objectives
  • Maintain a high volume of proactive outbound outreach and live conversation time each day
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all activities and timely follow-up with prospects and customers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience. Does not need to be specifically within sales
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • B2B experience is a plus
  • A can-do attitude. Making calls all day is not for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it’s important for us to be transparent about our gold standard.
  • Ability to learn our industry and talking points
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
