We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to promote our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target
