In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will staff a retail showroom display, connect with visitors, educate homeowners on patio and hardscape options, generate sales leads, handle office scheduling, and represent the brand at community events. Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:
  • Staff a retail showroom and display site to actively engage visitors, promote high-end hardscape services, and generate high-quality project leads.
  • Confidently initiate conversations, answer questions, and educate potential customers on patio, driveway, and outdoor living options.
  • Manage daily scheduling for installation site crews, customer appointments, and office staff.
  • Support daily office operations including filing, customer communication, data entry, bookkeeping tasks, and inventory tracking.
  • Attend regional community events, networking functions, and mall display activations to drive brand awareness.
  • Occasionally travel locally across regional sites (including occasional trips to nearby Olympia as required).
Details for Inside Sales Coordinator:
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour PLUS a $100 uncapped bonus per lead that converts into a signed job!
  • Weekly Hours: Part-Time (20 - 25 hours per week).
  • Shift Window: Retail hours with availability between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
  • Schedule Requirement: WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY AND NON-NEGOTIABLE due to peak customer showroom traffic.
  • Location: Tacoma, WA (With occasional local travel required).
