Bring members and technology together as an Inside Sales Associate at HTC. Take advantage of the opportunity to foster relationships with new Business members. With your strong business acumen, powerful sales strategies, and self-starter attitude, you will do big things at HTC. Don't pass up on the chance to join a high-performing team and industry-leading cooperative as an Inside Sales Associate.
Inside Sales Associates are responsible for generating new sales and revenue of Business Services products and services through cold calling potential members, selling to inbound call and web inquiries with an option to follow up in the field. Providing accurate pricing quotes, completing each sales process from start to finish, and achieving specific sales quotas are primary responsibilities of Inside Sales personnel. To ensure productivity, tracks all incoming inquiries and outbound sales attempts to provide closing ratio, transfer sales lead ratio, closed transfer sales leads and revenue. inside Sales Associates may attend community events to enhance their relationships with HTC business members.
Inside Sales Associates are also responsible for:
  • Generating new sales and revenue of Business Services products and services through an average of 85 daily telephone cold calls (on a recorded HTC business line) to potential members within a designated sales territory.
  • Providing accurate pricing quotes and complete the full sales process from initial contact through close.
  • Achieving assigned sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
  • Providing qualified sales leads to outside sales representatives as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities including closing ratio, lead transfers, closed transfer leads, and revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for all prospects, leads, and opportunities.
  • Supporting Sales Support team with CPE product questions and issue resolution.
  • Representing HTC at community events and trade shows, promoting Business Services offerings.
  • Assisting in additional Customer Operations Department functions as required to meet departmental objectives.
For this role, you also must have:
An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
One to three years of related experience and/or training
Understanding of latest technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
